| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling UK Delivery: Shipping to UK destinations is £3.50 per parcel, and is sent 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery (including insurance). All UK orders over £100 are delivery charge free. Any claim for non-arrival of an order will be refund to you once we have received compensation from Royal Mail. The delivery charge is added automatically at the checkout. International Delivery: Shipping to EU destinations is £5.99 per parcel, and is sent by Airmail registered post (including insurance) Shipping to non EU destinations is £7.99 per parcel and is sent by Airmail registered post (including insurance) . All overseas orders over £150 are delivery charge free. Any claim for non-arrival of an order will be refund to you once we have received compensation from Royal Mail. | Delivery Schedule We will process your order right away, and send out within two working days. Inside the UK, First Class postage aims for a next day delivery but can take longer. Outside the UK your parcel should arrive within five working days, but this can depend on where you are. |
| Back Orders Due to the limited amount produced of each of the Childrenswear Designer ranges, once an item is sold it is not normally possible to reorder from the manufacturer. If we are out of stock of Christeningwear reordering will normally add 5 working days to the delivery time. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges All childrens clothing orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm The following conditions do not affect or jeopardise your statutory rights:- A customer has the right to cancel their order in writing or by email, within 7 days from the date of receipt the goods. Any goods returned must be in original condition and with the original tickets still in place, with cost of return being bourne by the customer. Any goods returned not in their original condition will not be eligable for refund and will be returned to the customer at their cost For goods returned after the 7 days, the following will apply:- Between 8-14 days there will be a 20% admin/handling charge. Between 15-28 days there will be a 50% admin/handling charge. After 28 days no refund will apply |
